I was pretty stressed out over an Achilles issue. Dr. Ohlson was wonderful at explaining exactly what was going on. He took the time to answer every question I had and explain the needed procedures in basic terms. I was completely relieved by the time we were done. He is fabulous and I look forward to using him in the future.

So I just called and spoke to the receptionist letting her know I was a new patient and would like to schedule an appointment. She asked which doctor and I told her that I had read your reviews online and that I was having foot issues and that it looked like Dr. Riley handled those. She said that Dr. Riley was on leave, was not accepting new patients and that there was no other podiatrist on staff. She was not helpful at all. Considering there are other doctors in the practice, I then decided to go around the receptionist and submit my request online. After spending time on filling out that form, I hit "submit" and their messaging system did not allow me to send it, saying there was an error and to try again later. If this practice is touting how much relief they can provide patients, my experience prior to even being seen has been extremely frustrating. I will take my business elsewhere.

What a great group of professionals! From check in, nurse that went over injury and symptoms, X-ray tech and especially Dr Woolfe who examined and consulted with me! Definitely a well run and extremely experienced staff! Thanks for a fantastic visit and experience!

I broke my ankle and Drs. Ohlson and Wolfe have been the best. Their office is organized, efficient and the patient care is excellent. Additionally, the surgery center is immaculate and ran like clock work while I was there. I hope I don’t break my ankle again, but if I do, I’d go back to Drs. Ohlson and Wolfe for care.

Dr. Riley was amazing!! She was super present, informative & had a great personality. I haven’t been to a doctor as awesome as her in a long time. I had an issue with my foot and so far, so good. Charleston Sports Medicine is great! They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment that fit within my schedule. I was taken to an exam room within minutes of arriving. I waited minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Ohlson is fantastic! He explained in detail what was going on, how we could fix it, and recovery treatment. His bedside manner is great and he put me at ease while he was injecting needles in my toes. lol. I recovered quickly and I owe that to Dr. Ohlson. I highly recommend Charleston Sports Medicine.
