To be honest I wasn't actually sure what to expect from my first oseto appointment, but I was blown away by how I felt after my first apt with Duarte!
I knew that I carried a lot of stress and tension in my body and during my appointment Duarte explained to me how and where it was effecting my body and the techniques he was using to relieve the pain, stiffness and tension in those areas.
I had no idea how much I needed that appointment with Duarte until after my appointment was over, I walked out of there feeling like a new person! 🙂 Highly recommended

Duarte's knowledge and treatments were definitely different from any other treatments I have received.

He also has a background in kinesiology, which allows him to use a variety of approaches to solve problems.

By using his magic hands to find the cause of my pain and explaining it to me thoroughly, I was able to learn something new about my own body! I really liked his "we-work-together” way to solve my problem.

I had no idea that the surgery I had when I was a little had affected me in any way. The human body is truly a wonder.

Never tried osteopathy therapy before but I am so glad I did and seeing Duarte for my first osteopath experience. He is so knowledgeable and will explain in depth how each part of my body is connected to one another. I also brought my mom to see him and she felt a lot better too just after one session. I've already recommended a few people to see Duarte and will continue to do so!
