Love this wellness/wellbeing center! Super friendly staff with great vibes all around. I got to a gym regularly but OsteoStrong is a completely different and complements my gym workout routine. The four Osteoloading machines gives me clear idea of my progress via visualizations of current and past workout.
And, I love the Biocharger, PERM, and Normatec compression for complete rejuvenation and recovery.
They recently added a REMS ultra sound bone density scanner! I was able to graphically see my bone health in a matter of 15 min and plan a course of action!
I highly recommend this center!!

It was my first time, but the exercises to increase bone density felt very effective. It was also a very comfortable space, including relaxing machines. I was also impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. Thank you so much to all the staff!

After being diagnosed with osteoporosis in my lower back, I chose to explore a path of healing nutrition and exercise over the recommended pharmaceuticals. I felt it was worth a try, and dedicated myself to a program of weekly weight training visits at Osteostrong, along with some dietary adjustments. If you think this place is just to help you with avoiding osteoporosis, you’re dead wrong. This place helps you with any of your health and wellness goals and for people of all ages. Injury prevention, strength & muscle density gain, improving flexibility/posture/balance…and this is just the start. The staff is also so knowledgeable, exceptionally trained and SO FRIENDLY. You won’t regret coming here.

I am so happy with my results! I have been going one time each week for one year, and my numbers have improved significantly!!! How amazing!! In addition, it is also a great experience each time I am there. All of the staff members are so knowledgeable and positive. Such nice vibes all around!!

OsteoStrong is an impressive biohack that work as well or better than taking traditional bone meds! I started the program in March 2023 and I was able to increase my bone density by an astounding 11.5% for the total hip measurement after a year and a half, bringing my osteoporosis down to osteopenia. I had an 8% increase in my AP spine and 7.5% in my femoral neck area as documented by my latest Dexa Scan in June 2024. I can’t say enough about the phenomenal staff who are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and supportive! I highly recommend the Culver City studio, it’s a wonderful welcoming community!

These guys are awesome! We have only been coming for 6 weeks so I can’t speak to bone density results yet. What I can say is that their customer service and helpfulness is off the charts wonderful.

I’ve been going consistently for one year. Had my Dexa scan today. I went from full blown osteoporosis down to osteopenia. Actual bone growth! I’m so blown away. You better believe I’ll keep going to Osteostrong!
