I recently visited Sai Pharmacy and had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Kashem. His behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Kashem demonstrated a complete lack of manners and courtesy . I expect better customer service from a pharmacy and hope the management addresses this issue promptly.

This pharmacy saved our vacation! My daughter’s pharmacy in the US shorted them on one of their migraine meds. I talked with the pharmacist here, showed them their meds talked about the meds they are on and their allergies. Since this is a pharmacy that can write prescriptions, they were able to fill the prescription!!

I also love that they sell ibuprofen in 400 mg, and in larger quantities!
