It is true that the price of the medications and products are bit expensive than other chemist

Today the 3 of the lovely ladies there helped us to get invoice back from last year of travel vaccinations to claim for insurance benefits. We thought they would not have the details but when requested, helped us quick and efficient.
Its always a pleasure buying from them as well with handy membership included

The service and attitude I just received from the pharmacist at Norwest was disappointing to say the least. I was advised that my script had expired yesterday and that I should have known this as it’s in the app. I requested to be shown as I wasn’t aware of it only for her not to be able to show it to me either. She promptly advised me they were out of stock and she didn’t design the app and it wasn’t the end of the world……….

I have several scripts with this pharmacy on this app…..one would think they would pass this onto the developer of the app and try and help me resolve the issue at hand. After several questions and prompting of what she would have done if my script hadn’t expired she finally offered a suggestion of a solution.

It might not be the end of the world but some empathy and compassion cost you nothing.

Can’t believe the price gouging going on here in a cost of living crisis. I went in to get a box of single dose cold sore treatment, having worked in pharmacy for the past 7 years I know these retail for around $16 no matter which pharmacy you go to.
Fiona at dispensary grabs me a box and takes me down to the register to serve me and then tells me it’s $25 for the box!! I then asked her if the price had gone up as chemist warehouse and Priceline have them for $15 and she gave me a snarky look before going off to check the prices of other pharmacies. When she came back she said I should have told her to price match before we got the the counter, how was I supposed to know what the price was until we got there in the first place.
She took the price down to $18 for the box, I paid and left and will never be going back there again. So disgusting to think it’s okay to be charging that sort of price.
It may be a convenient pharmacy to go to but I would rather drive elsewhere than go back there again

Utterly disappointed! I have been a loyal customer and a registered member of this pharmacy for the past couple of years. Today I went to get a document certified by the pharmacist and she charged $5 for one document! When I asked if members are charged too, she refused to look at my face but went ahead and said yes! Very disappointing and disgraceful service!

They are great. I never give 5 stars, so 4 is my best. The pharmacists are professional and knowledgeable as are the sales people.

A few weeks back, I was told by one of the pharmacist that they will price match a script. After a couple of rounds of getting the script another pharmacist told me they have to increase the script by a dollar because they were not making money from it. For the convenience of location, I agreed to the increase of $1 even though they agreed to price match, not price match plus a dollar. After a couple more times getting the script, the pharmacist (who increased the price) must have thought she still wasn't making enough money from my script so she made it hard to get the script, I guess in hope I won't return. While I was waiting for the script to be prepared she told an assistant to inform me that I have to wait 12 more days to get the script as it was too soon to get it again. She couldn't come over to tell me herself, asked a young teenaged assistant to deliver this news because she knew this is dodgy practice.

Been getting this script for around 12 years, not once has this come up or even mentioned as an issue with any pharmacists. I decided to do this review because I think it is very bad form to be so money hungry, it shows.

Treat your customers with more respect, having a 3.2 star review is not something to take lightly. Reading through the reviews for this place, you guys have some work to do to get it right.

Staff are always friendly. Scripts service is professional and accurate.

Convenience being next to Coles, I drop off a script, flip over to Coles and pick up the meds. Time saver.
