Very expensive. I paid double the price for my blood pressure medication than what I normally pay at Optimal pharmacy or Chemist warehouse. And these were supposedly discounted staff rates as I work at the hospital! Never buying here again.

I would be giving less than one star if possible. The people behind the counter will see you waiting and don't acknowledge you at all.

Courtney in particular was rude, stating that they "don't normally do prescription pick ups on a Saturday" after my 15 mins or so of just patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there. I'm not sure if she expected me to a) know this, as I am merely following the directions of my IVF specialist, or b) travel into the city to get it. The comment was really not needed, especially considering she could do it in the end.

Moreover, when I questioned HPS' process of mailing "outstanding invoices" on items I've already paid for, she condescendingly pointed out that they wouldn't be able to make transactions without my payment details. A simple, "no" would suffice, especially with such an inefficient and confusing process of sending out unnecessary notices in the mail.

I get a sense of racism, because the next person to walk in (caucasian) was greeted immediately and helped promptly without question.

HPS, do better.

They sold me medication which can cause coma or death if taken with my regular medication. Lucky I checked. Tried to return it untouched and still sealed and they wouldn’t accept it as I had left the hospital and come back.

Had to deal with this company once through a specialist. Got double billed and they expected me to sort it out with the specialist... was stuck as a middleman between a rock a hard place.... the specialist made a mistake and wouldnt fix it and HPS wouldnt sort it out via their agent. 6 months later they recognised their mistake. Wouldnt deal with them by choice if I had my way.

Please make sure if they send you invoice at your home though its been paid. I have paid the amount and they keep sending same invoice again and again.

Highly suggest you take your script anywhere else but this pharmacy. If being discharged, ask for the script and not to collect from this pharmacy located in Norwest Private Hospital. Not unless you are prepared to wait for an hour for just two routine drugs and pay twice the RRP.

The pharmacist refused to give our prescription back nor he would give our medication. I am forced to get another prescription from the specialist now. Very rude and arrogant staff. They don't deserve even a single star.
