My weight had increased drastically after being placed on an antidepressant. I never thought I would be at my wedding weight/size ever again, especially since I stopped living a vegan/flexitarian lifestyle. Thanks to Ms. Gabriela and her help with getting me on track to meet my goals, I’m already 25 lbs down from my heaviest back in September 2024. It’s currently January 2025.
