Nobody will call back to give my pathology results. I have been calling for a week for them to tell me that it will be noted in my file for the doctor to call back. In the last month I found a lump on my breast. Went for mammogram then for an ultrasound, then I had to pay over $1000 to go for an MRI then finally to get a biopsy. Haven't been called for any of the results. I know they say no news is good news but try telling my nerves that.

Now it’s almost impossible to get an appointment because everyone wants to see him. I had to schedule my appointment 2 months down the road only to get it cancelled on me and have to reschedule another 2 months in the future again. Frustrating but he is worth the wait. Now I am told he is no longer practicing as he retired for health reasons. He will surely be missed. God bless him for the wonderful care he has given and May his health improve.

I am so upset after my 18-year-old son waited a month to get in for a physical/new patient exam. First, the appt. was BS because they didn't honor the time slot. Second, the nurse was literally pissed off because the battery in the thermometer didn't work, and he needed to get a new one. He stood in the doorway with his foot holding the door open and reached in to take my son's temp, scraping and hurting his inner ear when abruptly pulling it out. The appt. was scheduled for 2:15. Dr. Strausbaugh stepped into the freezing-cold room to see Jaimie at 3:35. Third, the doctor spent 2.5 MINUTES in the room, wrote him a referral, and left. NO EXAM, NOTHING because he was in a rush. WhyTheHell should I pay one dime for this appointment? HE DID NOTHING. My son has a rare condition since puberty called Pectus Carinatum as seen in his chest. The doc would not know this because HE NEVER EXAMINED MY SON. He had all his clothing on the entire appt. He didn't ask for immunizations, health concerns, nothing until my son told him he had warts on his foot he was concerned about. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. WE WILL NEVER RETURN AND I WILL TELL ALL WHAT A QUACK THIS DR. AND STAFF ARE.

Dr is great , but when you call to speak to a nurse it goes straight to voice mail and they don't call you back. The receptionist is not a people person ,looks like they hate there jobs.

I have been a patient of Dr Strausbaugh for 14 years.He is an exceptional doctor who listens to his patients and really cares about them.The office staff is excellent and they also listen to the patients and accommodate patient scheduling in a timely manner.
