I've seen Dr. Woodrow several times now for various ailments and I'm always amazed at her ability to hone in on the deepest minutiae of strains and stress in my body and find ways to release and correct them. The results for me have thus far been instantaneously positive, fully corrective and sustained.

She corrected my crimped and painful tailbone after a skating fall a year prior. One session I had no more pain. She corrected my popping knee, stiff jaw, side neck pain, ptsd from an accident, my jammed and painful fingers after a fall, and probably a lot more I don’t even realize. But I always walk out of her office feeling like things are flowing in my body again, like I’ve been on vacation for a week.

Dr. Woodrow is a true healer, she’s not only knowledgeable and highly skilled at adjustments, she’s also intuitive in a way that feels like she can really understand what I’m feeling and just knows how to adjust. She has a serious gift! I feel safe with her and trust her adjustments. She is sincere and her office feels very inviting and clean.

I would highly 10+ stars recommend her, she will be my osteopath as long as we’re both alive.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Woodrow for 2 years. She is a caring, compassionate, and highly skilled Osteopath. I first came to her during an extreme flare up of a lower back injury. I was horizontal and could hardly move - she got me in quickly and resolved 80% of my pain and got me upright and moving in one session. In two sessions, I felt back to my normal self. Since then, I've been seeing Dr. Woodrow for tune-ups every few months and it is always such a treat. My sleep immediately improves following treatment (as tracked on my Oura ring) and her treatments calm my nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety. On a physical level, I struggle with hyper mobility and Dr. Woodrow's treatments keep my body performing well and supported through my intense training schedule. She is a gem and I highly recommend her treatment.
