Dr. Saskia Lytle-Vieira is intelligent, dedicated, and kind. She takes her practice and patients seriously & does not waste time. She is committed to helping her patients get better if she can and is honest & measured if she thinks there is enough improvement or a different treatment is necessary. She is a real doctor dedicated to assessing the whole patient.

I saw real results after just 2 appointments. I would Highly recommend to any adult, child or infant. I would happily return in the future.

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time! Dr. Saskia Lytle-Vieira has made an incredible impact on the heath of our baby. I was not even aware of Osteopathic Medicine before having a baby but was recommended to her by a friend. When my son was 3 months old, something just felt off. He was incredible fussy, would not relax his body (was always pushing his body into a plank position) and went through phases of not eating well. We spoke to our pediatrician and they dismissed it, saying he was just a baby learning how to move his body. But it didn't feel right. After the recommendation and doing more research into osteopathic medicine, we took him to see Dr. Saskia. In the very first appointment, it was incredible to see how he visibly started relaxing on the table as she worked with him (so much so that he let out a massive poop). She explained that babies go through a lot of trauma in delivery (especially when the mother is induced, as I was) and their body can hold onto a lot of that stress. The work she did helped relieve that stress and bring blood flow to his skull. I truthfully don't know how, she was so gentle it didn't seem like anything substantial was happening, but it was amazing and I am so grateful. After this appointment he slept better, got REALLY good at tummy time and became a happy baby that would cuddle on our shoulder when we held him. We saw her a total of 4 visits when she told us he didn't need to come back unless we had something come up!

I know she sees all ages, but her commitment to babies and helping parents navigate such a stressful time with their health is unlike anything we have experienced. I share all these details because I want more parents to know that this kind of help exists and if something doesn't feel right, trust your instincts. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Saskia Lytle-Vieira and the care she provided my baby.

Words cannot articulate the immense gratitude I have for Dr. Saskia Lytle-Vieira. When I came to Austin Osteopathic Medicine, it was after countless doctors and specialists had failed to determine what was happening with me or how to help. To say I was severely disabled is an understatement; I was unable to function in everyday life and was desperate for answers.

Dr. Lytle-Vieria is amazing. I had a herniated disc last summer and through weekly, gentle treatments, I was back on my feet, and better than before. Osteopathic medicine is outstanding for back, head, and neck pain, as well as helpful to treat problems like insomnia, headaches, allergies, and general bodily pain. It's NOT like a chiropractor.. the treatment is gentle, with clothes on, and you will typically feel rather fantastic after a session. (Drink lots of water!). I discovered osteopathic medicine a decade ago and haven't looked back. Dr. Lytle-Vieria is an excellent, thorough, and kind practitioner and I am extremely grateful she is in Austin. She also takes some insurance and will otherwise provide guidance on how to submit to your insurance to receive out-of-network coverage. Worth every penny.

Dr. Lytle-Vieira is a powerful healer. I came to her practice with one complaint, and got more than one improved. She is friendly, caring, professional and open. This is NOT chiropractic. Not that I find anything wrong with chiropractic, but Dr Lytle-Vieira's practice seems more postively impactful. This type of practice should be widely available to all people of all ages, and can result in health improvements with none of the downsides of drugs. Seek her out. Worth the wait.

Dr. Saskia Lytle-Vieira has helped me immensely. I sustained a brain injury in May of 2017. I found little relief from my daily headaches and other issues. My headaches have reduced in intensity from an 8 to a 3. Dr. Lytle-Vieira has changed my life. I am still seeing her monthly and my condition continues to improve.
