I highly recommend Dr. Bianca Lee. She was very easy to talk with. She spent 90 minutes with me, talking about my goals, how I live, my medical conditions (I have ALOT). She offered several suggestions to help with my inflammation and stomach problems. We talked about reasonable goals and small life changes I can do to help my conditions. She also sent me notes with information about what we spoke about, her recommendations, recipes, etc. This was so helpful! New doctor visits can be overwhelming and I don't always remember what the doctor recommended. Thank you Dr. Lee.

Went arthritis is active in my lower back and neck - I am having autoimmune inflammation. Dr. Lee’s osteopathic approach first reading my chart, suggesting dietary vitamin holistic remedies. Then the hands on approach to back pain; first a kind of diagnostic survey of the spine - during which Dr. Lee converses softly with herself about -mm let’s see sacrum seems a bit but then (thumbs pressing) L4 and L5 mm lets move - I’m going to turn you head now…
(Holding shoulder blade) minuscule amounts over 3-5 minutes. Sometimes she will grab an arm and pull it hard - as if; I’ve had enough now stay where I’ve left you! And it does. It’s an amazingly intricate, intuitive practice both physically and psychically. I leave feeling lighter, more flexible and truly grateful! The pain which endless Advil couldn’t touch is gone. I am so grateful.
