I have come to count on Dr. Hakimi's expert advice on treatment options for a tricky SI disorder, which he understands and manually treats better than any doctor I've seen at Cedars Sinai, USC, or in private practice. I consistently walk into his office in pain and walk out pain free.

As I was already seeing him for one issue, I also sought his advice for a debilitating digestive disorder I have had my entire adult life. With Dr. Hakimi's help I have remained symptom free for nearly a year! THIS IS NO SMALL MIRACLE!

Also, Shiva in the front office is a gem.

Last year I could barely walk a few blocks due to severe pain in my lower back...and I was 38. A few years before I had back surgery when my L5/S1 disc ruptured. I wish I had never had that surgery (always get a 2nd, 3rd even 4th opinion before permanently damaging your body. ) The pain was worse after the surgery and prevented me from doing most of the activities I love. And it got more painful over time. I saw over 10 different doctors ...specialists, chiropractors, homeopathic, acupuncturist... I tried every treatment. Nothing worked. I found Body of Harmony online. In the first visit Dr. Payam Hakimi told me (finally!) the real problem and why I was in so much pain. No doctor could EVER explain why I was in pain. He also began treatment that day. After 7 visits I felt amazing after YEARS of pain and frustration. His program was something I couldn't find anywhere else... He explained what was happening, corrected the problem and taught me how to strengthen and keep the alignment to prevent it from happening again. Simple. Effective. No push for more MRIs, treating it with harsh drugs, or more surgeries... which was VERY refreshing. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I am so grateful for his expertise, treatment and guidance. Dr. Hakimi and his staff are nothing short of delightful. Dr's diagnostic skills in integrative medicine are far and above any traditional, pure medical model doctor I've ever seen. His goal is to find the root cause to your challenge so your body can heal itself; not by covering one's symptoms with drugs, but by unleashing the body's own healing ability with the use of homeopathy and functional nutrition.
I have suffered multiple head traumas over my 50 yrs and Dr H is using traditional Osteopathic techniques to correct symptoms all others have said I would just have to live with.

There's not many doctors I feel comfortable with the doctor Hakimi makes you feel really comfortable the whole atmosphere and staff are great highly recommend them to everyone
