I had my prescription transferred here on Friday since this location is 24 hours. The girl I spoke with had no manners and was having a side conversation with her coworkers laughing and making jokes- could not even give me her undivided attention for 2 minutes. I called 3 days later to see where my prescription was to find out that no one had ever transferred it. I’m furious, someone like that has no business working around people’s medications.

It is absolutely discussing to me that the would put a marketing sign up when I am trying to sign for my control substance medication. Keep your marketing to your retail business, stop trying to tick people into CVS’s stupid marketing scheme when I am trying to get life saving medication for me and my family. It’s disgusting and makes your customers and pharmacists life’s harder

This is predatory behavior and should stop immediately

I used the Minute Clinic CVS HealthHub when I got really sick with bronchitis. I just loved my doctor, Ms. Kelly. She is such a beautiful, knowledgeable and compassionate person. She treated me better than my own mom! Now that should tell you something! She took so much time with me and explained all the medication I needed and answered all of my questions. She is one of those doctors who really care for you. She doesn’t talk at you. She talks with you and that should be a number one quality in MDs. You’re not just a face and slot to fill. She’s amazing! Ask for her!

I have been using this pharmacy for 10 years.
I experienced very good pharmacists and terrible ones also. Tonight, the pharmacist named Toni was the worst one.
She was very rude from beginning to end. 3/10/24 10 pm

As a first responder, I love that this pharmacy is 24/7 it has made my life slightly easier. Being able to pick up my medication at any time even 3 am helps so much! Staff is always friendly and store is always clean! You are appreciated! Thank you so much!

The minute clinic denied my daughter medical care because she has insurance. We offered to pay cash because it was out of state insurance but because we already told them about her insurance they wouldn't even let us. I've never heard of a more outrageous thing in my life, denying children medical care when you are willing to pay up front.

This office never answers the
phone, and they also don't have
any way to leave a voice message. The pharmacy quoted me 2 hours to fill my script and they assured me I would be notified via text when the script was filled. I waited 5+ hours with no notification from anyone.

Pharmacies have no accountability besides leaving these reviews online. I have a VERY hard time believing CVS doesn't have the rescources to make some kind of improvement to aid consumers. This business makes millions and millions each year. They can stock the shelves with plenty of products, but not improve a dysfunctional Pharmacy. I remember seeing they have the word "Healthcare" printed in massive bold letters on the wall, however it seems that's the last thing they truly care about. MAYBE START FOCUSING ON CARING FOR YOUR CONSUMERS HEALTH!
