Wonderful Dr., staff. Dr. Harvey and everyone in the office goes above and beyond to treat and care for all of their patients. They immediately take care of anything you need. They are kind, caring, understanding and dedicated to everyone.
Thank you Dr. Harvey for being so good to my Daddy and thank to all the ladies that makes that clinic run. You are all appreciated. I'm so thankful for all your help. Ya'll are amazing

Dr. Harvey, Heather the nurse practitioner & all of the staff at Greystone Medical are best that I have ever been to, not only in AR but in NY, CA & CO as well. I had been living here for 6 years & sadly experiencing not the top tier level of medical care that I was used to until I found Dr. Harvey.

They always get me in so quickly, usually that day if needed. Debbie, who answers the phones is so caring & sweet. It's like speaking w/ a family member who truly cares about your well being. Also, she answers the phone directly & you always get to speak w/ a live human & never have to press anything to connect to a person!

Heather & Dr. Harvey are amazing diagnosticians and have managed to figure out what is wrong w/ me when no other doctors had before, simply by carefully listening & ordering the right tests & blood work.

They feel like family & I don't dread going into the doctors office anymore. The facility is super clean & really nicely decorated & I have never had sit in a crowded waiting room. The most I've had to wait has been 20 min one time but the average is about 5 to 6 min to be seen.

Don’t expect a professional environment here. Be prepared for the staff to lose information as they aren’t very competent.

Calling for any reason will get you the basket case lady who may or may not help you. She’ll play doctor and tell you what she thinks, or what the doctor will or won’t do for your issue. She only schedules appointments......

Be prepared for the staff to judge you, and decide how you should feel.

I was judged to be a pill popping addict (oxy / pain pills) when i was suffering with back pain issues. Fast forward a few years (and better doctors / staff) and 5 operations later My spine is littered with titanium bolts and rods.

Yet i was bluffing, according to the geniuses that work here. I Wasted 3 years on these fools, and i was in a lot of pain because of it. Sometimes i could swear they enjoyed making me suffer. Freaking sadist behavior or something.

Haven’t been on oxy for a year now, and i finally got the help i needed. Glad i found doctors that actually listened and cared enough to get me the help i needed.

If you have the sniffles or a minor knee scrape then they should be ok with those issues.

Last visit the Phlebotomist was out so another person drew blood for my labs. It was disconcerting to realize She wasn't wearing surgical gloves.
She missed twice on each arm, finally was able to draw on the 3rd time. My arms were very bruised.

I have had nothing but good experiences here! They are the best! I have been coming for a few years and have never once had a bad experience. I show up to my appointments on time and understand I'm not getting in ANYWHERE on a Friday afternoon. Duh
