My nervous system had been stressed by the trauma. I was experiencing headaches, tingling in my nerves, insomnia, nightmares and panic attacks. I was afraid it would never heal. In the 3 months I’ve been seeing her, I’ve been able to reduce the medicine and I feel more like myself again.
