They tried to scam me and my insurance company. I booked an appointment, got a call saying the insurance does not cover it and they wanted me to come in and pay out of pocket, so I canceled the appointment. Later find out that they tried to file a claim with my insurance anyways and wanted my money out of pocket on top of that. I didn’t even go to my appointment so there’s nothing to charge for. Never going back there and reported for insurance fraud!

Joanne Hubley is a beautiful person. She is absolutely professional and caring. I am so blessed to have met her. I am grateful for her treatments that help me continue my daily practice of painting. As an artist I need the use of my hands to be in top shape! She helps me with my hands and with my back and neck!

I find that she and her staff are friendly, professional and highly qualified to provide whatever I need. I’m writing this review for Liva health Receptionist it’s not very nice person she shrewd she’s arrogant and her work ethic is very poorly towards client. That’s not how he should be when you’re talking to client. What client is explaining she doesn’t want to entertain it. Either is her way or no way.

I was referred to Liva Health by a friend who was also a client. I had tried several other treatment facilities with no relief and being told I would need back surgery. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Dr Joanne Hubley and Briea Shields. Through multiple types of treatment of trial and error to find what was right for me, I am now pain free! Dr.Hubley has changed my life! I was experiencing lower back pain for years. I had tried many other chiropractors, and physiotherapists, which did not help. Dr.Hubley tailored a specific treatment plan, including the decompression table. I am finally pain free. Dr.Hubley is very knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. Dr Joanne is wonderful she explains everything and educates you thoroughly about the issues being treated and the treatments being used. She uses a blend of treatments and keeps the whole experience positive. I have been to her 3 times total for 2 different issues and always leave feeling a lot better. I pay out of pocket and it is money well spent.
