When I lived in a Large City I was Diagnosed terminally ill and Since very few people took the similar medications it was a nightmare to say the least.
Once I moved and transferred here I could finally breathe after getting established here.
The Entire pharmacy staff are outstanding, they are considerate, very knowledgeable and help anyway they can when any issues arise.

Doctor can send in a non narcotic prescription multiple times and they will still dictate when it gets filled disrupting your care plan time to switch pharmacies

United Pharmacies are a joke! You get 3 different views on your prescriptions. 1st from expert that answers phone, 2nd from pharmacist that reads you the telemarketing card, 3rd that talks to to your Dr. Then Dr says their most unprofessional group. They have 6+ pharmacists with no leadership. Just a heads up on an ignorant pharmacy. Doctor said "switch places or I won't deal with them anymore." Their a joke! Want more actual factual mistakes, let me know!

Be aware, if you have good Rx coupon it will show you that this pharmacy is offering the cheapest price for any drug but they won’t give you that drug and say that when we put it in our system Good Rx coupon isn’t working. I’ve tried it at least 4 times different prescriptions from different providers. I called Good Rx customer service at the end who told me that theirs nothing wrong with their system or coupon. I eventually believe that this pharmacy is running a scam on good Rx. Just make sure not to go there if you wanna use good Rx coupon

I am not satisfied with the service provided by MS Pharmacy. When my child was sick they were the only pharmacy that had the prescribed cough syrup so I sucked it up when they told me it would be an hour and a half to fill the prescription. What choice did I have? I inquired to ensure they had my insurance info before departing during the wait to give my child the flu medicine I got from CVS. Upon returning to pick up the prescription after the long wait I waited in line for 25 minutes and finally got to the pickup counter. Imagine my disappointment when I found out they did not bill me under my insurance and had the nerve to ask me if I was okay just paying fully out of pocket. I patiently described that I had provided all the information 2 hours ago and I want my insurance to cover the cost. Then I was informed it would take them another 30 minutes to bill me properly through insurance! Not only is this unacceptable and ridiculously inconvenient but my child is still without her medicine. Add cherry on top they never updated the insurance information I provided at the initial turn in for the prescription. So there was a third delay! I am utterly speechless on how much this pharmacy failed my family tonight

Why am I so damn stubborn and not learned my lesson?

Every month it is a battle just to get prescriptions filled at United Market Street.

Last month, I felt like the A-hole, because the line had backed up behind me, nearly to the door. I was on their Auto refill program, and had gotten a text, saying my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I get to the counter, after waiting in a long line, only to find out they never filled my scripts. I was hot and tired, so those who really know me can guess what I responded with..

Script 1: they really didn’t have an excuse for

Script 2: well you were out of refills, and we notified your doctor. I called my doctor and the request was never submitted.

It took 4 days to straighten out, I was treated like I had horns growing out of my head because I expected good service from a pharmacy. I was assured that all the problems were taken care of and next month would go smoothly.

WTH - you would think it’s Groundhog Day.. the exact same scene just played on repeat..

Now I’m one of the lucky ones… I will slowly get sick without them.. and have some time to straighten it out…some poor souls will drop if they don’t have theirs.. but this pharmacy just doesn’t get a clue.

Avoid popular times such as lunch or right after work around 5pm for a much shorter wait time. Service is friendly and accepts GoodRx for discounts. I will continue to use them for my prescriptions. They also give out reward points for gas discounts!

Family and friends from metroplex or out of state are so surprised with this store. They couldn’t believe it Carrie’s almost everything if not more like other stores like Whole Foods or Central Market. Selections of fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood are comparable to the high end expensive stores in the metroplex but for a lesser price. Even the pharmacy is great. LOVE this store❤️?
