I am 25w pregnant and had debilitating shooting hip pain. My midwife recommended osteopathy or chiropractic care. I searched specifically for an osteopath with experience in pregnancy and postpartum. Mend Osteopathy claimed they had two such osteopaths on staff.

I had two appointments. Both times, I was left in horrible, worse pain that left me immobile for 2-3 days. I've since switched to a chiropractor at Rebirth center and my pain is getting much better.

At some point, the osteopath told me "the best solution" for my pregnancy-related pain "is probably delivery." I was 23-24 weeks at the time. A pregnancy/postpartum specialist wouldn't have said something like that.

I feel like he tried his best to fix my pain, but in the end, I just felt ripped off, drained, and in more pain than before. Highly recommend women with pregnant and postpartum complaints head to Rebirth. They're way more experienced in what we need over there.

Anna is amazing. Sometimes you get lucky and find a person like her. A genuine, knowledgeable caring person. I highly recommend her and Osteopathy in general. I have 30+ years of seeing a chiropractor and am grateful a friend referred me to Anna.

Mallory was amazing! She did bodywork with my son since he was 2 months old, prior to and after a tongue tie/lip tie release surgery. He was also having issues with his neck since birth and she was very helpful in providing us with exercises to work on with him at home. Her knowledge of anatomy is very thorough and she explains concepts well in a way that is easy to understand. I would definitely recommend seeing Mallory if your infant is having any issues with tension, feeding or movement!

Your experience starts when you walk in the door at Mend. The history of the coach house along with the aesthetic and the background jazz music playing with the scents of essential oils that are light, yet rich, enlighten your mood before you are even on the table. It is a whole experience. Mallory is so gifted and having the back and neck issues I do, I always feel much better as she works to achieve the best results for my body. She is extremely collaborative when it comes to your treatment plan and even though I have been going for the last year, she still checks in every time, asking important questions related to my over all health and wellbeing before getting started. I highly recommend Mend Osteopathy without a doubt! Honestly, it is that one appointment I ALWAYS look forward to, for the result but also the environment.

What a wonderful place! We brought our 2 month old to see Mallory when we were struggling with breastfeeding and a lip/tongue tie. Mallory was incredibly patient and took her time to explain all the exercises and the reasons they would help. She sent a summary with links to videos to help after each appt. The body work she did and and taught us to do helped our baby be more comfortable after her procedure, with her gas, and how she latched during feeding. I couldn’t recommend Mallory enough! She really helped during a very stressful time for us. Navigating motherhood is hard enough, so grateful
to have the help we did. Thank you!

Mallory has been the biggest blessing in our circle of care. My son has had some muscoskeletal dysfunction since birth and Mallory has been there every step of the way, treating all of the issues that have come up, and providing support as we worked to correct them. She is a great clinician - extremely knowledgeable and very resourceful. She is also very personable and is amazing with infants. Because of her, my son, who is now 8 months, has been able to hit every developmental milestone on time and some, even earlier than expected. Highly recommend Mallory and her practice if you are searching for the best osteopath for your infant.

Mallory was recommended to me by a friend for my baby with colic and a flat head. Mallory has been a great help with everything from advice on dietary items, possible causes for stomach woes, and ultimately rounding out his skull/working on his neck and back muscles to allow his head to reshape. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions and my son *loves* her. Highly recommend!

Mallory has gone above and beyond for us. We initially went to have my 3 month old daughter assessed after a tongue and lip tie revision. Mallory explained the healing process for the revision much better than the dental surgeon did. She also talked to us the entire time she was adjusting my sweet girl, asking us questions about her latch, sleeping patterns, bowel movements etc. and navigated us through some of our new-parent general questions. I left that first adjustment feeling so empowered as a new mom, and my baby left with a huge smile on her face and had the best night of sleep to date! Now at 6 months old, our baby continues to see Mallory for follow-up treatments, always making us feel comfortable and welcomed. She is one of the only practitioners who truly demonstrates the principles of patient and family-centred care. Highly recommend!
