Couldn’t let me do no stars, so had to give 1. Rude and unhelpful. Run out of my long term medication, 111 send over a prescription and I showed them proof, they had no interest in helping, even when I went into the pharmacy and they could see how bad my flare up was. Worst pharmacy/ pharmacist

So I came here first time today as I was near to this pharmacy
I usually go to the one further up but I wasn’t that side
And the customer service I received was beyond me
All 3 of them were rude
The lady muttered something under her breath and the other guy said something to me in his language and started laughing they
Were being sarcastic and rude as I only asked a question
1 of the boys looks 18-19 had his back towards me as I was asking a question then laughed while answered my question in a rude way I have further made a complaint against all 3 of them to there HR
Will never go there again
And I wouldn’t advice anyone to go there with this rude behaviour
They then THEW my prescription back at me and said we can’t help u go somewhere else this should all be on cctv

I went there today morning to buy paracetamol with caffeine. I am dealing with ? and I realised, I am running out of it.
I was just wondering what kind of product knowledge does the store assistant have and what is she doing without supervision if we are not talking about just paracetamol and caffeine as an active ingredient. I hope she knows her limit and asking help from her college and improving her knowledge.

Staff is very helpful , always gives the extra advice when you buy something over the counter .The lady dispenser is very professional and knoledgeable. Happy with the overall service!

I collect my medication regulary from this pharmacy , I am very happy with the service they provide. The staff is very helpful on advising what to do if some medication is out of stock.The blonde lady is professional and helpful.

Bit hit and miss with this pharmacy.

Same questions every time you go, no sense of recall.

I'm on the verge of requesting my prescription by post because they are not at all 'present'. You could go there regularly and yet they are unable to recall frequent customers which is a necessary part of great customer service. Easily improved if there's a will to.
