Dr. Banik is extremely caring and knowledgeable. Our child had plagiocephaly, and thankfully with Dr. Banik’s help, achieved wonderful corrective results without having to wear the dreaded helmet. Our treatment regimen encompassed several months of once weekly sessions, and it was a joy to see Dr. Banik adjust according to our child’s temperament in order to make those sessions as enjoyable as possible. Very quickly our little one came to thoroughly enjoy his each visits with Dr. Banik and her staff. All in all, we are extremely grateful to have found Osteopathic Heal Hands and highly recommend Dr Banik!

I came to see Dr. Banik on the recommendation of a friend. I had been dealing with lower back and hip pain that had been worsening for years. I saw a chiropractor for several years, which originally offered temporary relief, but I was dependent on it and still couldn’t be as active with my children as I wanted to be. Any strenuous activity or long days on my feet would be followed by days or even weeks of limited mobility and function.

After struggling for a few years without any treatments, I came to Dr. Banik. She took a thorough history, asked clarifying questions, and took my pain seriously. Each time I saw her, I could feel subtle changes that were giving me hope. After a couple of months, I could walk down the hall to the bathroom in the mornings without leaning on a wall. I could walk up my stairs without pulling myself up the railing. After a year, I was able to go to the beach with my children, chase them on the sand, and even go out on a body board with them. The next day, I was a little stiff, but able to go about my regular day.

Pain was a constant companion, stealing time with my children, family, and friends. I can say with no hesitation that Dr. Banik gave me my life back when I was almost certain that nothing was going to be able to help.

Dear Dr. Banik,

I had an excruciating pain running down the right side of my right leg which used to occur whenever I stood for 5 minutes or so or walked. You treated me over 4 sessions (inexpensive) and cured me completely. I told myself the acid test of the cure would be my ability to resume playing tennis, and indeed it passed the test.

It's short of miraculous what you have been able to do for me, with no drugs or exercises or anything of the sort.
