Обратилась по рекомендации знакомой: она осталась довольна, сеанс проводят и детям, и взрослым. Второй год наблюдаюсь у данного доктора. Он профессионал с золотыми руками и многолетним опытом, а также обязательно стоит отметить чудесную медсестру. Доктор внимательный, собирает полный анамнез и назначает только необходимые препараты-ничего лишнего. Обратилась касаемо боли в пояснице - после первого же сеанса стало значительно лучше. Советую!

The doctor refused service without seeing/talking to the patient and demanded payment upfront (the patient’s insurance doesn’t have co-pays). The front desk refused to provide a receipt for the fictitious $100 charge because they couldn’t explain what it was for. Unethical, unprofessional behavior in addition to illegal / fraudulent billing practices.

His hands are really great, his conscience is non-existent. For a week I have been trying to get this doctor to send prescriptions for my medications, including blood pressure (!), but to no avail. I have repeatedly spoken to his indifferent front desk staff who assured me they would pass the message to him. Once I even spoke to the doctor himself, and he assured me of the same thing. But - alas, still no Rx. I have been off my blood pressure meds for a couple of days, my BP is close to 200 now, and I wonder if I need to have a stroke before he takes any action.

Needles to say, he is history as my primary care doctor, AND I will be lodging an official complaint with the NYS Department of Health. I have already filed one with my insurance carrier. Negligence like that does not belong in a medical office - people may die because of it.

If you have back pain - he will help you, gotta give credit where credit is due, but avoid him as your medical doctor at all costs, unless you are willing to risk dying.

This is the worst medical office. Impossible to see a doctor. The office never respond to calls. Refused to provide refferal after calling them at least ten times. So upsetting to say the least. Shouldn’t be practicing if patient is not important unless there is another issue there such as type of insurance, age or nationality.

Please Russian customers, stay away from this office. The front desk lady spoke rude about Russians in Ukrainian language. This is very discriminatory and dangerous to say the least, as I hope they won’t hurt anyone intentionally. Just visit another doctor.

Highly recommend Doctor Beneditskiy. He is competent, experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of medicine. He cares about well being of his patients and treats each patient as a whole individual. Overall Dr. Beneditskiy is AMAZING! I wish I could give him million stars!!!!
