I started at Osteostrong Tustin six weeks ago and really like it. The staff is super friendly, helpful and encouraging. Most weeks I hit my targets on the machines and then choose two "modalities" (extras). I like the massage options; it's a great way to relax. I was also able to get a REMS bone scan here as well, and will get another in six months so I'll be able to see if I've improved my numbers. I highly recommend Osteostrong.

I’m here because I was diagnosed osteopenia and my oncologist wants to give an injection which I know will give me more side effect from it. So I decided to try out Osteostrong because I hear so much great reviews about it. I’ve only been here about a month so I can’t say if it do anything yet to my body. The place is clean and staffs are so friendly and understanding. I will try to do another review maybe 6 months from now or until my next bone density test but so far I really like it here.

So happy to have found Osteostrong in Tustin having recently be diagnosed with osteoporosis. After 6 sessions I can say I already feel a big difference especially in strength and balance. All the staff members are very knowledgeable and kind. Shout out to Miguel for all his guidance!

When I first heard about OsteoStrong, I was intrigued. The theory behind it made sense to me and I decided to try it for a year and then re-evaluate. I began coming to OsteoStrong in September of 2022.
I’m am so grateful that I did. I feel stronger, my posture is better and best of all I have seen an improvement in my bone density scores. In 2021 my T-score was a -2.3 and I was advised to take Boniva, I never filled the prescription.
In September of 2023 I had another bone scan done which showed an increase in my bone density to -2.0. My doctor called to talk about my results and was surprised to find out that I was not taking the medication, she was very impressed by my results. I am proud of my results and very pleased. I plan to continue coming to OsteoStrong and I have every confidence in a continued improvement.
