I was scheduled for a zoom type call for today but the consultant never called me causing an inconveince. I called Osteostrong and the man answering said he knew about my call and that they had an issue with scheduling. He said he would have the owner call me later.
Of course I was not going to let them do this to me a second time. I told this man they should have had the decency to call me to cancel and reschedule not ignore me until I call them. I would not bother with this company so unprofessional and unreliable. I am a RN so yes this was unprofessional.

Everyone at this place is amazing. They are well trained and very professional. There's absolutely no judgments here at all. I told a few of my friends about this place so they can have a miraculous life changing experience....judgement free!! I came in barely being able to bend down without feeling excruciating pain, and now my life is back to normal. I can run, jump, bend down, and touch the ground without any pain. Anyone experiencing back pain should definitely try this place, and i promise that you won't regret it. I thank God for all the great work that Shaun and his staff members did in supporting me back to a healthy and pain-free self. I appreciate all of you. ❤️

So far so great. When I started, I had some back and knee pain which had mostly been alleviated. The staff are very caring and kind. I’m looking forward to seeing my next scan results post a year of working with them. That will be proof of their efficacy. And a bonus, a dedicated time to relax!

The couches at OsteoStrong ay Park Ave, in 30 E 60 St are AMAZING. They really care for us the members, the go the extra mile and always with a great attitude. The machines to develop strong bones are great for all ages. This place is OUTSTANDING, I highly recommended !!!!!!

I enjoy the knowledge the team, Ishmaiah and all, have and how they take the time to explain it to me. I have learned so much and have seen significant gains in my weightlifting. In addition they are flexible with my very busy schedule. Can’t wait for next week!!

I have had osteoporosis for more than 10 years and have been on several different bone drugs. My results were disappointing. My doctor recommended prolia but I decided to start training at osteostrong instead. My latest dexa scan showed that my osteoporosis is stable and I don’t need a bone drug at this point. The trainers are knowledgeable, super caring and efficient! I highly recommend anyone who has osteo or wants to improve their body strength to try a session!

Had my introductory session at Osteostrong’s Park Avenue location the other week and I was blown away. It’s an amazing facility with state of the art equipment and a phenomenal staff. I plan on checking out their Upper West Side location soon as well.
