They use advanced technology to access the body's nervous system which triggers the natural rebuilding and strengthening processes which helps to build bone mass and strength and it only takes a few minutes each week. It may sound to good to be true but it's just science, applied properly. The scientifically-proven, tried and true methods and principles used by Osteostrong works with people where they are to get them to a better place in a much shorter amount of time than a regular gym. The owner Brittany and her staff are always helpful and ready to educate their clients with a smile!

It's always so great going in for my sessions. If I'm not feeling up to it by the time I get started my attitude is positive and I'm ready to go and it's because of these ladies! They are so upbeat and supportive and if I don't reach my goals that day I still leave feeling fantastic about what I have accomplished. My balance and strength have improved a great deal and my bone density is on an upward path. I HIGHLY recommend everyone go in and check this out you will find great people and a very doable program!

My wife is a physician and urged me to go to OsteoStrong. She would never recommend anything unless actual scientific studies showed clear and tangible results. Brittany & Teri are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, with great customer service! I look forward to going each week. I have osteoporosis and have increased strength dramatically. Have my next Dexa scan this week and will find out how much my bone density has increased. Highly recommended!!

Osteo-Strong started in October 2018. I joined in November 2018 after one very nice visit. I've now completed 30 some sessions and I'm very happy with the results. For a 70 year old female, I have increased my bone strength by 53%! I recommend that you take a chance (at no cost) to attend an Introduction Session. I think OsteoStrong is a very good way to stave off the aging process. I have fought through two injuries (just from getting older) since I started last fall (injuries not related to OsteoStrong) and I think it has helped in my recovery from both. I believe the rewards are significant for a very small investment of time and money. I am back on track to besting my numbers from before the injuries and feel I have increased my strength considerably. The big test will come this October when I will be rowing 225 miles of the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. OsteoStrong is an integral part of my preparation for the rigors of such a physical undertaking. Brittany and Kristianna are great to work with and are excellent coaches!
