I've been going to Paolo for about a year - I started with a bunch of osteopathic visits first to help handle the back and neck pain I had, and now I go about once a month for maintenance. I see improvement in my posture, experience way less pain, and he's really good at helping me handle a lot of muscle tension I have from spending my work day in the office chair. Paolo is attentive to my body state, he captures how my body feels before every session and addresses the issues I want him to help me with. He's very professional, friendly, makes me feel comfortable, and has a great sense of humor. He's sharing his practice with other talented practitioners and he's opened his osteopathic institute to train new professionals in the field. Paolo is a life saver! I blocked my neck one morning and couldn't move my head on the right side. I tried my luck with him hoping to have an appointment quickly and he gave me one on the same day early afternoon.
He is very kind, make you feel immediately comfortable and explains every move. He takes his time to carefully manipulate you and helps with any problem or pain you may have. I also loved talking to him about anything and everything, like movies, books, meditation or even food! A beautiful person and a very competent practitioner. Highly recommend!

Paolo has helped me considerably after I've fallen a few times as well as with some ongoing physical issues. He's a great clinician who will give you excellent treatment as well as educate you and in my case, recommend some simple home exercises. And, in this era of COVID-19, he works out of his single-practitioner office, uses a mask, is careful regarding hygiene, and spaces his patients to give himself time to completely clean his office space. I injured my back while working out at the gym. I was in terrible pain and could barely move. After talking to a doctor at Kaiser, I was told that nothing could be done and rest combined with Ibuprofen was my only option.
Following my parents' advice, I looked for an Osteopath and found Paolo. His office in redwood city is close to my work so it was perfect.

When I went for my first appointment, I could barely walk or even sit on a chair. After leaving, I was able to walk without pain and I was already feeling so much better. A day later, it was day and night, like the pain was gone.

Paolo was simply amazing. I also like the fact that he explains everything. Finally, Paolo is extremely gentle.

I highly recommend Paolo and I will definitely go see him again.
