Such a warm hearted person. I feel luck to have found Dr Petra Gabor as my gynec for my pregnancy. She takes time to explain in detail and is always smiling. A very calm and beautiful soul.

The clinic is not customer friendly at all. I liked a lot a doctor. First appointment was annulated by clinic. I came the second time and I couldn’t find it as La Défense is very big. Person on the phone very rudely said “I cannot help you, I don’t know what to say, bye” and she cut a line. I think I will not try for the third time.

Dr. Petra Gabor is an amazing doctor, very gentle and reassuring at the same time. She takes time to explain everything and lets you ask her all the questions you have. I feel so relieved that I found her and I would highly recommend her, especially, to the expat ladies, who need a doctor fluent in English.

I was seeing Dr. Petra Gabor for my pregnancy check up and ultrasound. She is a highly recommended doctor. She speaks english fluently and communicate very well. She explains everything clearly and you can see the concerns to her patients. She always make sure that her patients will have the satisfaction with all the concerns.

I agree with others - people working at the reception are not nice, quite abrupt and not helpful. I’ve been to this clinic a couple of times but will not be back.

DR DE MATOS explained things very well. She is very composed and kind. She doesn't rush up for the next patient. She is my go-to gynaecologist hereafter.

Point gyn clinic in esplanade de la défense is poorly managed. I have been here 3 times and everytime the experience just gets worse and worse. The doctors are ok but the reception area sucks. There are only two and sometimes only one person, the pregnant women are expected to wait in queue, sometimes just to give the carte vitale and validate the info so that they can go and sit in the waiting area. After seeing the doctor, you have to again wait in the same queue to pay. The least they can do is add extra chairs in the reception area if they expect people to wait there first. Or do the carte vitale validation after the rdv with the doc so people queue only once.

The waiting time is 30min - 1 hour, sometimes more. so don't see an point in booking an appointment on doctolib before.

This one time the reception lady forgot to charge me 2 euro, and instead of calling me and leaving a message, she kept calling continuously - 6 missed calls in 2 min. I was in a meeting and i cut the call and she doesn't stop. Who even does that!

They really need more compassionate and experienced people managing the reception here. I would avoid going here and instead go to the point gyn clinic in the 9th arr which is much better.

My last time in this clinic for sure.
