I went in for my covid vaccine but they had run out, a really nice lady who works behind the counter, took all my details and she said she will call me when new stock comes in.
Just a couple of days later, she called me to come in. I waited for just a short while until I was called in and had my vaccine.
The pharmacist who did the vaccine was really nice and the whole process was very positive.
I just wanted to mention again that the lady behind the counter was so lovely and I could see she was the same with all the customers. She is a credit to this pharmacy.
Thankyou so much, I will definitely come back for my next vaccine

AWAY IN LONDON FOR A FEW DAYS. MY ELDERLY FRIEND FORGOT TO BRING HER MEDICATION.ASDA IN BECKTON, NO HELP.
HOWEVER, ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE TEN OUT OF TEN AT SAI PHARMACY. REQUESTED MEDICATIONS, DISPENSED WITHIN TEN MINUTES OF ENTERING THE CHEMIST.
PHARMACIST WAS SO, SO HELPFUL AND OBLIGING.

In the perfume section, it's important to mention that they don't offer refunds for purchased perfumes, but you can exchange them for items of similar or higher value. I bought a spray for £68, intending it as a gift in a gift wrap. However, I found it was a different type when I opened it on the way to home. I returned it within 10-15 minutes, unopened and in its original cover, but they declined a refund.
They suggested I choose something else of equal value, so I picked a £60 perfume and was told to add an £8 item to match the cost. They explained that perfume exchanges never happened before, but they allowed it due to the unsealed condition. The staff needed assistance for the return, as this was the first time they encountered such a situation of refunding customer.
I had no choice but to make another purchase for £68, even though no receipt was provided. While I've had good shopping experiences in the UK, I won't be returning to this store, especially for perfumes.
In the UK, most shops offer refunds, so it would be helpful if they could clarify their policy on refunds and exchanges. This information would benefit customers who might not be aware of it. Additionally, it's important to have courteous and helpful staff who can ensure a positive shopping experience.
I want to emphasize that I'm not blaming the store, but the customer service fell short, particularly in terms of refunds. Making customers happy with exchanges can go a long way in building customer satisfaction. Thank you.

A perfect example of why independent pharmacies are a cut above the big pharmacy chains. The team at Sai are great and it is refreshing to be known on a personal basis, they are so accommodating when it comes to prescription requests. I was recently offered a COVID booster jab which was administered professionally and without the waiting experienced at NHS clinics. Well done to everyone at Sai, highly recommended for all your pharmacy needs.

I bought something cost 70£ from there and after I change my mind. I go back to there and asked for refund and they refused to give me refund and also they told me its only possible to buy something else in exchange is same price or more than that.
The worst and fraud experience i had in sai pharmacy east ham.
When we go to buy something their face is like glows and when I return it they behaved a bit weird.
Worst experience ever.
Please keep some good and pleasant people as staffs, at least they know how to behave.
