I have come to Dr. Kouka for about two years and he changed my life. I had a hip issue with which I suffered for many years. Had seen many doctors which all suggested surgery. I tried many methods, but nothing lasted. Than a friend told me about this doctor that saved his moms life. Needless to say but dr. Kouka completely fixed my hip via Prolotherapy. I wanted to do stem cell therapy, but my hip feels so good I am holding off on it.
I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I am writing bc I want to give back something to the person that changed my life and I know many people are struggling there and I wish them to know that there is hope. Highly recommended.

I don’t have enough words to say how much Dr. Nabeel Kouka has helped me. He is amazing and I am blessed to have found him. I went to him with extreme pain from occipital neuralgia which causes constant 24/7 pulsating headaches and just with the first adjustment I felt a big difference, he also gave me b-12 lidocaine shots that have helped a ton! I can say I have felt an 80% improvement in 3 visits. I would recommend Dr Kouka to anyone dealing with any chronic pain.

I had terrible sciatica pain for years. I tried so many modalities and was extremely discouraged because nothing helped. I really felt hopeless. I was recommended to Dr. Kouka by a friend and my entire life turned around. In just 2 visits I was totally out of pain and continue to have no sciatica pain. I hurt my knee recently and went back to Dr. Kouka. He ordered an MRI and saw there was a tear. He treated me with Regenerative Medicine therapy using Amniotic Membrane Allograft. It truly is miraculous and worked. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kouka…his compassion and knowledge.

After a "top" neurosurgeon at Mt. Sinai told me that my debilitating back/leg pain seemed manageable and that I would never run or play soccer again, I sought out a second opinion.

I came to Salus and was immediately reassured by Dr. Kouka that there was a solution and that if I stuck to the program I could live pain-free, regain mobility and play soccer again. Physically - I felt better after the first treatment. Mentally - I felt like a weight i had been carrying around for 20 years had been lifted.

I can't recommend Dr. Kouka enough. Not only is he welcoming, kind and knowledgable, but his treatments actually work (after nothing else did!) He has taken the time to explain to me all the intricacies of the nervous system and cause of sciatic pain and with his help, I have been able to overcome chronic back pain and I can't thank him enough!
