I went to see doctor Sasaki because doctor Booker has retired and its who the receptionist pit me down for. This was my 1st time ever seeing her. Upon entering the room she told me, "ok its time to put your little friend away" (referring to my phone that I was literally putting away. I was on my phone because I was in an empty, silent room alone just as most people would be). I made this appointment to discuss possible ADHD and the next steps to getting diagnosed, as well as getting my prescription renewed. I had Type a list up of my symptoms that I think correlate to having ADHD. I brought this list and I asked her if she would like me to read it or if she would like to read it herself and she said she would like to read it so I gave her the list. Upon reading the list she almost seemed like she scoffed at it and immediately handed it back to me. She told me I would need to see a psychiatrist and they are hard to get into. I told her I was concerned about struggling in school because I am staring school again. She then proceeded to ask me a million random questions about my schooling and WHY I want to be a teacher (but in a demeaning and condescending tone). Then the appointment was basically over after that, since she just started walking out of the room. I was not done talking to her so when she was halfway through the doorway I asked “I had another question. I would like to get my prescription renewed.” She said “I don't know anything about you. What’s it for" I said “diclofenac" and then she said “ok for what.” I told her “its for my joints" and she replied “for what?” and I said again “my joints" and she replied with “yes. I know its for your joint, what joint.” I told her “it’s for all my joints because I have hypermobile joints that cause me pain"(I have EDS which is an invisible illness but there was no way I was bringing that up to her after her rude bedside manner). she just said “oh ok. yeah" and that was the end of my appointment.
What doctor acts like this? SERIOUSLY. “I don’t know anything about you.” Uhm, ok? Maybe have my FILE with you like every other doctor has when they come into the room. Or look over it before you come in maybe? So unprofessional and I left the appointment crying in my car because I felt let-down and talked to like I’m an idiot by someone I’m suppose to trust. The entire appointment lasted 5 minutes. And she never introduced herself or gave closure to the appointment. She should have her license revoked.

Went in to get some advice and tips to help me with my anxiety the natural way and she didnt bother to hear me out. She was pretty rude. And she just perscribed me medication without really explaining it good to me. I had a bad experience with her.

I absolutely love her! She's a little straight forward but wouldn't you want your doctor to be absolutely honest about your health? I know I do. Been seeing her for 8 years.

Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Very rude, and lacks compassion. She doesn’t listen to your concerns.
