This is my third month with Strive with a med prescribed by my doctor. The first month went smooth, the second month was a little rocky and the rep I worked with got my order corrected and shipped before I ran out. The third month I called the refill in two weeks before I ran out due to the second month, another issue occurred. No communication with me from them. I had to call to find out there was an issue, call again, to find out it was corrected, but new issue. I had to call my doc to get it corrected, just to have to call to get the guy to take my payment that he claims the invoice was sent for. (I didn’t receive it, but I did receive the receipt from the payment. Make that make sense) He assured me my order would be expedited since I run out this week. Had to call today to find out it was in fact not expedited and I am now out of a med I shouldn’t be skipping doses on. The guy on the phone’s attitude was oh well you’ll PROBABLY get it by Tuesday at the earliest. They took my payment and left me with no way to find a way to get a gap solution with my doc because they DO NOT communicate. I would give negative quantity stars if I could.

I'm so happy I found Strive! I had never went through a compounding pharmacy before coming to Strive and wasn't sure what to expect, but they made filling my postpartum prescriptions so easy and convenient. Unlike dealing with larger retail pharmacies, I didn't have to deal with long wait times on the phone or the inability to get in touch with anyone! Will definitely continue going back!

I started off using there semaglutide and for 2 months I had no result. I spoke to my healthcare provider and she recommended me switch to Trizepitide. I have been on there Trizepitide for 3months now on a dose of 7.5mg and still no weight loss and I still have the same appetite before I started. I am convinced that this company is fraud. Save your money and go elsewhere. I have spent over $2000 dollars with this company and I haven’t lost one pound

My provider has been using Strive to fill weight loss medications. I live in South FL. The first time was great. It arrived 4 days after purchase and was ice cold.
2nd time- arrived 5 days after purchase at7pm. The box was hot. Ice was melted. Called Strive. Spoke to someone who insisted it was tested to be viable up to over 100*F for 5 days. Refused to replace.
3rd time- arrived at 9pm 6 days after purchase during a heat wave. They will only ship UPS Ground. So it sits on a hot non air conditioned truck. The box was hot. Ice packs were hot and leaking and the vial of medication itself was hot. I called. They again insisted it was fine. Refused to replace. IT IS NOT. It is in fact completely ineffective. I’ve been taking this medication for quite some time. It is way too expensive for Strive pharmacy to refuse to stand behind their products. I am due a replacement.

Customer Service is so good. They listen and are so compassionate.
I was getting my weight loss meds at another local compound pharmacy and was so sick for months, I could never go to the restroom (TMI). I was always so sick from the amount of forced fiber I had to take.
Switch to this pharmacy and has been an absolute lifesaver. It was important for me for my medication to be compounded in-house and these meds are vs shipped around by another pharmacy I dont know and shipped back.
I drive the hour to pick them up, they are kind and friendly. Always well packed.

This is Dr George Solomon. I ordered a medicine for a patient on Thursday and the tech forgot to put the order in. it was supposed to arrive on Monday and we had patients scheduled. On Tuesday, we called because it did not arrive and they said the tech did not put the order till Tuesday and it should arrive on Wednesday. Now we had to reschedule patients for next day. Not good for business. Horrible business practice
