AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Just wanted to say thank you to doctor Grigory for the work he has done with my son. For many years my son was struggling with nighttime bedwetting. After trying various treatments with limited success, I was recommended to see osteopath Dr. Grigory Nefedov, he took the time to thoroughly understand the underlying causes and provided a tailored approach that was both gentle and effective. His method didn’t just focus on the immediate issue but considered the overall alignment and balance of the body, which had a noticeable impact on reducing the symptoms. Within a few sessions enuresis was gone completely!!!! I also noticed an overall sense of well-being that seemed to come from the treatments. I received great personalized help at Wellness Osteopathic Care by Gregory Nefedov. My goal was to reduce pain and improve flexibility so I can sleep better and exercise without suffering from flare-ups. Григорий - прекрасный специалист. Я являюсь регулярным пациентом уже больше двух лет. Нет никаких нареканий. Всегда без лишних слов Григорий определяет, где локализуется боль. Каждый раз это выглядит как волшебство. И еще удивительно, что очень часто болит в одном месте, а Григорий работает над другим. Но через день-два боль уходит. Это отличает его как опытного профессионала, образованного, талантливого специалиста, который любит свое дело. Еще и с хорошим чувством юмора. Очень рада, что нашла остеопата, к которому буду ходить до самой старости.?
P.S. Очень важным элементом восстановления и закрепления результата является регулярная зарядка и упражнения, которые Григорий предлагает с учетом особенностей пациента. Так что всем советую, замечательный остеопат.

As someone who over the last 15 years has been working with various practitioners in various modalities of bodywork (some of them very good), I can confidently say that Dr. Nefedov is a real deal. I've been seeing him over the last year, and the difference he made in my quality of life is incredible. Chronic lower back pain, which was a constant for me for 20 years, no longer defines my life. General levels of pain and tension in my body have reduced greatly. My posture has changed for the better. I can now actually turn my neck to the right while driving (and just like that, the roads in JAX are now a little bit safer! ?). My sleep is better. My mood is better. My life is SO much better, thanks to him!
The big difference in Dr. Nefedov's practice is that he is not just looking to crack a couple of bones and send you on your way. He understands the relationship between bones and soft tissues in the body. If a muscle is pulling on a vertebrae, without addressing the muscle tension, you can crack that bone in place endlessly and it's going to keep coming out. That's because you didn't address the root cause of the problem. Dr. Nefedov is ingenious at finding the root cause of pain, and patiently, gently but firmly working on it until it resolves. This is why his results actually stick! This is why, after 15 years of running in circles, for the first time I feel like I'm actually making progress, and I know it is here to stay!
Bottom line: I feel so lucky to be under Dr. Nefedov's care, and wholeheartedly recommend him to others. He is a true gem!!!

I will recommend this practice and the doctor. He helped me with my shoulder pain , lower back pain. He did some magic that now I can walk normally and sleep at night. Dr. Grigory Nefedov is the best doctor.

I want to express my gratitude to the osteopath Grigory for his professional approach. Unlike an ordinary massage therapist, he works with the problem at a much deeper level, including working through the internal organs. His movements are soft and gentle, and throughout the session, he continuously checks in on my condition to adjust the treatment accordingly. The specialist also shared useful exercises that I can do on my own to maintain my health. Already after the first session, I felt significant improvement, and the pain in my lower back decreased greatly. I highly recommend this osteopath to anyone looking for professional and effective help!
