Dr. Wolff is incredible in so many ways.

She’s brilliant at pain relief, and body mechanics. She is deeply aware of and passionate about chronic illness, and queer issues. She believes her clients, and sees them as whole and complex individuals.

She is the one who figured out why Covid had disabled me and made me bedridden for months. She was the first one to suspect I had MCAS, which has been my saving grace. She is the one who relieved my pain for months, while I was figuring out treatment options, and sitting on waiting lists for specialists, and she is the one who got me connected to the web of doctors who believed me, understood the rare condition I have, and got me on my path to recovery.

While I was really sick, she was able to relieve my brain inflammation, and body inflammation every time I came in, which relieved my sensory issues and pain. That definitely gave me some quality of life back when I was at my worst. And now that I’m well into my recovery and have my mobility back, I have her to thank for being the one who got me on the right track. Most people with my condition wait years, even decades for a diagnosis and treatment that works. Thanks to Anna Wolff, it was mere months.

I cannot recommend her enough. She’s a fantastic person, and a wonderful doctor who listens, believes, researches, and cares. A gem in the field.

Dr. Wolff is the best. She knows the right questions to ask to understand your goals for healing and overall wellness, and is a very astute and natural listener. On her exam table is where her knowledge really shines; it's actually kind of like magic. she will feel out areas of pain and tension in your body and she pretty much can tell everything that you're feeling in realtime. As she works, both of you can tell immediately when she's fixed something. Sometimes it's something like a tightness you didn't even realize was bothering you cause you'd sort of gotten used to it, and all of a sudden it's just... gone. Her office itself is cozy and welcoming - easy to get to, decent parking, etc. Most of all though it's clear she really cares so much about her patients feeling comfortable and at ease on their wellness journey. Highly recommend!

I had never seen an osteopath before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Anna took her time going over my medical history, and she really listened while I described the forearm pain I had been having and what I thought might be causing it. During the treatment, she used gentle manipulation to address the problem areas, inviting questions and offering clear explanations the whole time. It’s a little hard to explain, but the treatment wasn’t really like a chiropractic adjustment, it was more subtle and felt more specific to my pain areas.

Before my appointment, I was having pain pretty much any time I used my hands, wrists, and elbows. I was really pleasantly surprised to have an immediate reduction in the severity and intensity of pain, and so relieved that the pain didn’t return the following day at work! Anna said I might want to come back in 6-8 weeks, which is much more doable for me than needing weekly or monthly visits like they recommend for things like chiropractic and massage. Highly recommend!
